Exceptional SAT, Math, & Spanish Tutoring

My name is Logan Liu, and I’m currently a junior at Highland Park High School. I enjoy running both casually and competitively, solving the Rubik’s Cube, playing the guitar, learning about the tech industry, and watching college sports. In school, I deeply enjoy math and other STEM subjects. I’m excited to help students achieve their goals and hopefully grow their passion for learning!

My main philosophy when it comes to learning is having the desire to tackle any obstacle that gets in my way, whether it be academically or in sports. I strongly believe that if you believe in yourself and aim to give yourself your best effort, you will find great success in your endeavors. My strength as a tutor is being able to break down lengthy or complex topics into simpler steps. This allows students to absorb the information they are being presented with while putting more emphasis on the important aspects of a topic. I firmly believe in creating a positive and enthusiastic environment with students, as it gives them the excitement to succeed in academics or music!

> (2 years) Highest Scoring Sophomore/Junior on HPHS Math Team — top scorer on 8th place junior team at 2024 ICTM State Meet
